Planning Your Private Event
Private airsoft events at Airsoft Town are available for groups of 10 to 50 people. Half-day events (3–4 hours) are suitable for most groups. Full-day events (5–7 hours) are available for larger groups or those wanting a more extended programme that might include themed scenarios, extended debriefs, or a wider variety of game formats.
To begin planning, submit a request via our contact form. Include your group size, your preferred date or a range of available dates, the type of occasion, and any specific preferences or requirements you have for the experience. We will respond promptly with a detailed proposal tailored to your group.
We recommend submitting your request at least 2–4 weeks before your preferred date. Popular dates — particularly weekends from April through October — fill quickly. The earlier you enquire, the more flexibility we have in crafting the perfect private event for your group.
